General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

General

All orders are accepted and executed on the basis of the following terms and conditions.

Quotations

Our quotations are always subject to change. Our quotations are always subject to the availability of delivery from our suppliers.
No part of our quotations may be reproduced in any form, either electronically or mechanically, for any purpose whatsoever. These documents are protected by copyright and may not be passed on to unauthorised third parties. The plant concepts described are the intellectual property of InerTec AG and may not be passed on to third parties without its consent.

Price

All prices are exclusive of VAT ex works, excluding packaging and shipping costs,
up to a total of CHF 150.00, otherwise free delivery within Switzerland.

Delivery

Shipping is always at the risk of the recipient.

Payment

Our invoices are payable within 30 days net, without any deductions.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery dates are non-binding. Claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded. Delivery delays for which we are not responsible do not entitle the customer to withdraw the order.

Warranty

We guarantee that the delivered products will function properly for a period of 12 months. We undertake to repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts that are proven to be defective or unusable as a result of poor materials or faulty workmanship as quickly as possible. We accept no liability for any further direct or indirect damage. The warranty period begins when the delivery leaves the delivery plant. It expires in full if the customer or third parties make changes or repairs without our consent. Damage resulting from wear and tear, faulty maintenance, excessive strain, improper handling or other reasons for which we are not responsible is excluded from the warranty.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until all payments under the delivery contract have been received. The assertion of retention of title does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of performance and jurisdiction for delivery and payment is Grenchen. These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law.
