Shipping and payment terms
1) Delivery and shipping terms
1.1 Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be delivered by post to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing system shall be decisive for the transaction. Notwithstanding this, if PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address provided by the customer to PayPal at the time of payment shall be decisive.
1.2 If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal, if they are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given them reasonable advance notice of the service.
1.3 Collection by the customer is not possible for logistical reasons.
2) Shipping costs in Switzerland
- Free shipping for deliveries in the hazardous materials storage category for orders over CHF 150.00.
- Shipping costs for our equipment depend on the dimensions, weight and delivery distance.
- Costs for international shipping: on request.
3) Prices and payment terms
3.1 Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices quoted are total prices that include statutory value added tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be stated separately in the respective product description.
3.2 The payment option(s) will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.
3.3 When paying using a payment method offered by PayPal, payment processing is carried out by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: ‘PayPal’), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/ de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – subject to the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.
3.4 If the payment method ‘purchase on account’ is selected, the purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price is payable without deduction within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
3.5 For new customers without purchase references, we reserve the right to deliver the goods only against advance payment.
